Lodgify plan boundaries to check
On a narrow screen, scroll the comparison sideways to read both options.
| Package | Documented boundary | What to verify |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | Single-property calendar/inbox foundation | Whether the missing job needs more than the base package |
| Starter | Website and booking tools; up to two properties | Your exact payment and connection configuration |
| Professional | Broader automation and included dynamic pricing | Which automation you actually intend to use |
| Ultimate | Task management and owner/guest operational tools | The specific owner-statement or team handoff requirement |
Fix the inputs first
Record your currency, billing period, rentable-unit count and required features. Lodgify’s pricing page changes with configuration and subscription tier; a monthly-equivalent annual price is not a monthly payment promise. We deliberately avoid presenting one headline figure as the price for every host. Ask for the amount due now, renewal basis and the configuration used to calculate both.
Separate the operating layers
Use four rows: subscription, optional services, payment-related charges and outside tools. Put unknown amounts in an unresolved column rather than treating them as zero. Include an existing website or dynamic-pricing service if you intend to retain it. This is a planning method, not a claim that a particular add-on is required or that every subscription has the same extra charges.
Check the actual feature boundary
Start from a required task, such as a guest message or owner-facing statement, and ask which package supports it. Keep that written answer with the quote. A feature appearing in a product tour does not establish inclusion in the plan you are considering. Recheck before checkout, especially if a promotion or product reorganization has changed the labels.
Choose a reversible commitment
Compare a shorter commitment with an annual option only after understanding the cancellation and refund conditions. A lower monthly-equivalent number is not automatically lower risk. Set a review date before renewal and keep the accepted terms. Our per-property calculator allocates your own entered costs; its illustrative defaults are not a Lodgify quote or a forecast of rental income.
A total-cost quote record
Write the quote as configuration, amount, billing period, excluded charges, renewal condition and source date. Put the subscription tier next to each required capability rather than writing only a plan name at the top. If an agent supplies a revised quote, retain the earlier one and explain what changed. This avoids losing the reason a seemingly comparable total became different.
The evidence behind this buying guidance
This guide draws on Lodgify configured plans and feature boundaries. Merchant-controlled records describe the provider’s own capabilities, terms or standards; they do not independently validate those claims. These records do not establish independent confirmation of the product claims.
Verify any current price, plan limit, label direction, compatibility rule, or commercial term that would materially change the decision. The dated source ledger shows the underlying records so this conclusion can be checked and updated.
