Why the cheapest headline is not enough
Beds24’s official calculator prices a configuration that can include inventory, channel links and optional extras. Lodgify uses subscription packages. Those approaches cannot be ranked fairly by placing two starting prices side by side. Define the exact number of units and channel connections, then obtain a total for the same job. Keep currencies explicit rather than silently converting a euro quote to dollars.
Count the things being managed
One address may contain several separately bookable units. One unit may be distributed through several channels. Write down both before requesting prices, and ask how the vendor counts them. A host planning another listing should also price that next configuration. The aim is to understand the cost step, not to invent a forecast that assumes every new unit immediately earns revenue.
